Introduction

The following Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products between the customers of the website www.lagriffestore.it and La Griffe Srl, hereinafter referred to as La Griffe, with registered office in Via Montegrappa, 7 - 71010 Cagnano Varano (FG), VAT Number IT04458040716.

Access to the site is free to users and does not imply a purchase obligation; Customers/Visitors undertake to comply with the General Terms and Conditions indicated on the site.

These general Terms and Conditions set out by La Griffe, which are fully effective with respect to Customers, are deemed to be known and accepted at the time of order by the Customers. La Griffe therefore invites its customers to read these General Terms and Conditions before placing an order and each time they visit the site www.lagriffestore.it. Some of the provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions may be subject to change over time.

Orders

Execution

Orders on the lagriffestore.it website can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When completing the order the Customer is asked to:

1. Fill in the personal data form correctly; it is important to specify the delivery address, telephone number and an electronic mail (e-mail) address.

2. Carefully re-read the form, in all its parts, before validating the order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is correct before confirming it. Under no circumstances shall La Griffe be held liable for errors inherent in an incorrect purchase, nor for errors relating to the delivery of the parcel, resulting from information or data incorrectly entered by the customer in the personal data form.

3. Report any changes in payment, product or shipping address in order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

4. Choose the preferred method of payment (see Payments).

Once the order has been placed, an e-mail will be sent to the customer to confirm the registration of the order.

Validation

The contract is concluded in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, when La Griffe communicates online to the respective email addresses of customers the validation of their order after checking the availability of the product and prepayment in the manner chosen by the customer.

In any case, La Griffe undertakes to promptly notify customers of the validation of their order or its non-acceptance in the event that the product is not available or if payment in the method chosen by the customer has not been made.

Prices and VAT

The prices shown on the www.lagriffestore.it website are in Euros and are the prices in force at the time the Order is placed by the Customer. Since suppliers' prices are constantly changing, the prices shown on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice. They are also subject to change due to product launches, promotions and/or sales.

Product prices include VAT (22%).

Warranty

• On the www.lagriffestore.it website, only top-quality, branded products are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly by the Vendor from manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.

• The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site within each product sheet.

• The images and colours of the products offered on lagriffestore.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser or monitor used.

• All products have an identification tag.

• The goods on departure are intact and subject to controls both during importation from the warehouse and during packaging. the purchased products will be delivered as confirmed in the summary email.

• Transport costs (see rates) will be calculated when the order is confirmed.

Rights

The contents of www.lagriffestore.it such as images, documents, logos, graphics, etc. are protected by copyright. Reproduction of www.lagriffestore.it and its contents, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express written consent of La Griffe.

Tax Documentation

Products will always travel with an order summary. La Griffe will issue an invoice at the customer's request, which can be made at the time of ordering or by sending an e-mail to info@lagriffestore.it with full tax information within 48 hours of order confirmation.
