METHODS OF PAYMENT

Credit Card

Orders can be paid for by credit card via the Stripe secure payment system.

All credit card information is communicated by the customer directly to Stripe, without passing through La Griffe's server, which in no way will be aware of the customer's credit card number.

The credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Carta Aura, Visa Postepay, American Express and PostePay.

PayPal

For payment through a PayPal account, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal site to make the payment through their PayPal account. Transactions will take place in a secure environment using Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) encryption protocol. This protocol protects the integrity of data during transfer to PayPal's servers, using an encryption key length of 168 bits (the maximum commercially available).

Notes:

• The reason for the bank transfer must indicate the order number, communicated in the aforementioned order receipt e-mail, and the Customer's name.

• Any bank charges shall be borne exclusively by the Customer (even in the event of a refund).

• Communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the Customer at the time it is made shall take place on specially protected lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of the security protocols provided by the payment circuits.
