RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days of receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal does not cover every purchaser. The first limitation is its application only to consumers defined by the Civil Code as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out (Art. 1469bis). Therefore, companies and retailers who have made purchases with a VAT number cannot enforce the right of withdrawal.
Return Instructions
Notify us, no later than 14 days from the delivery of the goods, that you wish to withdraw from the purchase by calling our Customer Service at 0884 80636 or by sending an email to info@lagriffestore.it
In the communication you must indicate your name and surname and the date of purchase and the item(s) code(s) to be returned. In case of partial withdrawal, you must indicate the code of the product(s) on which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The refund concerns the price of the product (shipping costs are not refundable) and will be made within 5 days of receipt of the returned goods, subject to verification of integrity.
All items are carefully checked and photographed before dispatch.
Within the same period you must return the goods in their original packaging, complete with all parts and carefully packed. The products must be returned undamaged, NOT USED AND NOT WORN.
Please include all documents received in the package. Transport costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
It can be sent by a trusted courier or at any Poste Italiane office by registered mail or ordinary parcel, NOT by normal mail or priority mail (which do not provide for a receipt). The receipt must be kept until the refund or exchange is received. The costs of the return and any exchange are borne by the customer and vary according to the rates applied by the couriers in charge or by Poste Italiane.
We recommend insuring the shipment against theft and transport damage. If the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss in transit, we reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred by deducting it from the amount to be refunded.

Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the cost of the goods shipped. For purchases made by choosing Credit Card/PayPal as payment method, the refund will be made through a transfer to the card of the transaction made. For purchases made with all other payment methods, the refund will be made by bank transfer, so please provide us with your bank details in this case.
Damaged, defective or non-conforming items
A defective or non-compliant item must be returned complete, undamaged, in its original packaging (on which the sales code is indicated) within 14 days from the date of delivery. The package must be prepared by inserting a copy of the delivery note inside. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the costs incurred for the return shipment will also be reimbursed.

No returns will be accepted unless previously authorised by La Griffe Srl.
EFFECTIVE CONDITIONS
• The security thread on the items being returned must not be cut or broken.
• The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
• The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no marks of any kind.
• Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (Dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only outer packaging.
• In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in the shipment by La Griffe, the customer is requested to follow the same instructions as above. La Griffe reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
• Swimwear and undergarments (bikinis, briefs, boxer shorts etc.) must be tried on over one's personal underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the garments show signs of use.
Notes:
• La Griffe reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns.
• La Griffe will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the return policy. In such cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
